Refund Policy (Editing Services)
- Refunds are issued only for duplicate or excess payments.
- We do not provide refunds if an article is rejected for any reason.
- If your article is rejected solely due to English language issues—and no technical flaws are cited by the reviewer—and you have not modified the edited content, we will re-edit the manuscript free of charge.
- To qualify, the manuscript must have been fully edited by us, including all text, figure/table legends, references, and in-line data.
- Partial editing (e.g., excluding references) may disqualify the manuscript from free re-editing.
We strongly recommend new clients consider a trial edit before committing to full editing services.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are only accepted if the wrong file was submitted and must be requested via email at info@claritycrafters.com.
- If editing has already begun, a cancellation fee will be charged equivalent to the work completed at that point.
- File replacement after editing has commenced may also incur an additional fee.
